Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

  1. Slice the banana into bite-sized pieces, about 1/2-inch thick.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, oats, and optional honey until creamy and slightly thick.
  3. Take one banana slice, scoop a bit of the peanut butter mixture on top, and place another banana slice on top to make a small sandwich. Repeat with remaining slices.
