Description

Delicious and moist banana muffins filled with gooey chocolate chips, perfect for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl, then mix in the melted butter.
  3. Add the baking soda, salt, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the all-purpose flour and chocolate chips until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin tin and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let the muffins cool slightly before serving.

Notes
