Description

A vibrant and satisfying shrimp stir-fry prepared in just 20 minutes with fresh vegetables and flavorful sauces.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  4. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, tossing everything to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

Fresh shrimp provide the best flavor and texture. Customize the vegetables based on your preference, and consider adding a splash of chili for heat.
