Description

A visually stunning and easy-to-prepare dessert made with layers of fluffy pound cake, creamy vanilla pudding, fresh mixed berries, and whipped cream.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound cake (prepared)
  • 2 cups vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the pound cake into evenly sized cubes.
  2. Layer half of the cake cubes on the bottom of a trifle dish.
  3. Add a generous layer of vanilla pudding over the cake.
  4. Layer half of the mixed berries on top of the pudding.
  5. Add a layer of whipped cream over the berries.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining cake, pudding, berries, and whipped cream.
  7. Garnish the trifle with mint leaves.
  8. Chill the trifle in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Assemble a day ahead for enhanced flavor, but add berries and whipped cream just before serving for freshness.
