- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 box berry gelatin
- 1 container whipped topping
- Fresh berries for topping
- Colorful sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, prepare the yellow cake mix according to the package instructions.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the cake is still warm, use a fork to poke holes all over the top.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and berry gelatin until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the poked holes in the cake, letting it soak in.
- Transfer the cake to the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours.
- Spread the whipped topping over the cake and add fresh berries and colorful sprinkles.
- Slice and serve cold.
