Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 box berry gelatin
  • 1 container whipped topping
  • Fresh berries for topping
  • Colorful sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, prepare the yellow cake mix according to the package instructions.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
  4. Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. While the cake is still warm, use a fork to poke holes all over the top.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and berry gelatin until smooth.
  7. Pour the mixture over the poked holes in the cake, letting it soak in.
  8. Transfer the cake to the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours.
  9. Spread the whipped topping over the cake and add fresh berries and colorful sprinkles.
  10. Slice and serve cold.
