Description

Decadent bite-sized truffles made from brownie mix, chocolate chips, and coated in rich melted chocolate, perfect for chocolate lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup brownie mix
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate (for coating)
  • Sprinkles or chopped nuts (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to brownie mix instructions.
  2. Combine brownie mix, vegetable oil, and egg in a large bowl. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and bake according to package instructions. Allow brownies to cool completely.
  4. Crumble the cooled brownies into coarse crumbs. Roll into balls, dip in melted chocolate, and coat with cocoa powder, sprinkles, or nuts. Place on wax paper to let the chocolate set.
