- 4 cups cooked stuffing
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked stuffing, diced celery, diced onion, melted butter, eggs, chicken broth, and cheese if using. Mix well.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Spoon it evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and heated through. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Store leftover muffins in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
