Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked stuffing
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked stuffing, diced celery, diced onion, melted butter, eggs, chicken broth, and cheese if using. Mix well.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Spoon it evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and heated through. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
