Description

These delightful truffle bites blend creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and a smooth chocolate coating, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed strawberries
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • Sprinkles or additional crushed strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the crushed strawberries.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Roll the mixture into small balls, around 1 inch in diameter, and roll them in graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Dip each ball in melted chocolate, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  7. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Immediately sprinkle with additional crushed strawberries or colorful sprinkles.
  9. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, about 15-20 minutes.

Notes
