- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the crushed strawberries.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, around 1 inch in diameter, and roll them in graham cracker crumbs.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Immediately sprinkle with additional crushed strawberries or colorful sprinkles.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, about 15-20 minutes.
