Description

Succulent turkey fillets coated in a crispy crust, paired with tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 turkey fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Dip each turkey fillet into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the coated turkey fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the seared fillets to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Serve hot with cranberry sauce.

Notes

For an even crispier coating, add crushed cornflakes to the breadcrumb mix. Substitute with chicken or pork if desired.
