- 4 turkey fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs. Dip each turkey fillet into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the coated turkey fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared fillets to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with cranberry sauce.
Notes
For an even crispier coating, add crushed cornflakes to the breadcrumb mix. Substitute with chicken or pork if desired.
