- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well mixed.
- Add the rolled oats, chocolate chips, chopped nuts (if using), and a pinch of salt to the peanut butter mixture. Mix everything together until fully combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands.
- Place the formed bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
- After refrigerating, enjoy your bites as a crunchy snack!
