Instructions
- Begin by peeling and pitting the peaches.
- Place the prepared peaches in a blender along with coconut milk, honey (or maple syrup), and lemon juice.
- Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 240 to 360 minutes, or until solidified.
Notes
Store any leftover popsicles in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Garnish with fresh mint or coconut flakes for extra flair.
