- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in orange juice and grated orange zest until just combined.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and drop spoonfuls of cranberry sauce on top, swirling gently. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let cool inside for 1 hour.
- Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
Garnish with whipped cream, fresh cranberries, or a sprinkle of orange zest before serving. This cheesecake can be made 1-2 days ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
