Description
Delicious appetizer combining creamy Brie cheese and tart cranberry sauce in flaky puff pastry.
Ingredients

- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 8 ounces of Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Fresh rosemary (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares, about 3 inches in size.
- Place a square of pastry in each muffin tin cup. Press the pastry into the bottom and sides to form a small shell. Add a piece of Brie cheese in the center and top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and brush with beaten egg. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden. Let cool slightly, garnish with rosemary, and serve warm.
Notes
These bites can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator. They can also be frozen unbaked and baked directly from the freezer.
