Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well, and then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually stir the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.
- Press rainbow sprinkles onto the tops of the cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
