Description

Delicious no-bake protein balls that satisfy sweet cravings while packing a protein punch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener (or other granulated sugar)
  • 6 Tbsp cream cheese (about 3 oz)
  • 4 crushed Oreo cookies (gluten-free option available)
  • 34 Tbsp melted white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the vanilla protein powder, coconut flour, monk fruit sweetener, cream cheese, and crushed Oreos in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined; adjust the consistency with more coconut flour or a little liquid as needed.
  3. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a tray.
  4. Chill the protein balls in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to firm up.
  5. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the chilled protein balls if desired, and allow it to set before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. Adjust sweetness to taste.
