Description

A delightful holiday salad combining fresh spinach, sweet cranberries, creamy feta, and crunchy walnuts, all drizzled with a tangy balsamic vinaigrette.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (or dried cranberries)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine fresh spinach, cranberries, feta cheese, walnuts, and red onion, breaking apart any clumps of feta.
  2. Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad mixture and gently toss with tongs to ensure even coating.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste, adjusting to enhance the flavors.
  4. Serve immediately in individual bowls or on a large platter.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 day. Keep dressing separate to maintain crispness.
