Description

Delightful pancakes infused with chocolate and protein, perfect for breakfast or a snack that keeps you energized.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Serve pancakes warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best results. Don’t overmix the batter for fluffier pancakes.
