Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream the softened butter and sugar together until fluffy, then add the egg and vanilla extract.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared cookie sheet and make an indentation in the center of each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm but the center remains soft.
Notes
