A delightful combination of salty and sweet in a crispy pretzel base topped with caramel, rich chocolate, and a hint of coffee.

- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine pretzel sticks with melted butter, mix, and press into the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, cook brown sugar, caramel sauce, brewed coffee, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzel crust and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, pressing them down slightly. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for 2 weeks. Freeze for up to 3 months for optimal freshness.
