- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add in the maple syrup and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
