- 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup artichoke hearts (canned or frozen, drained and chopped)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package phyllo pastry cups or puff pastry shells
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Place the phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet, giving them enough space to expand while baking.
- Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into each cup, filling them generously.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm as an appetizer and enjoy!
