Description

Delightful bite-sized appetizers filled with a creamy, cheesy mixture of spinach and artichokes, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts (canned or frozen, drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package phyllo pastry cups or puff pastry shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place the phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet, giving them enough space to expand while baking.
  4. Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into each cup, filling them generously.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
