- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, paprika
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and diced potatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the butter, milk, and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper, adding optional spices if desired. Serve hot.

Serve with crusty bread for dipping. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for 3 months.
