- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in diced apples and cinnamon. Pour mixture over crust, spreading evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the filling. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- If using, sprinkle pecans on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
Serve chilled or at room temperature, optionally with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
