- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well each time. Fold in the diced apples.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and slightly jiggles when shaken.
- Cool to room temperature, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled and cut into squares. Pairs well with whipped cream or ice cream.
