Ingredients

  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat until browned.
  3. Combine brown butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a bowl.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  5. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  7. Fold in toffee bits, chocolate chips, and brewed coffee.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  10. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For a softer cookie, underbake slightly and cool on the sheet. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
