Description

Wholesome and protein-packed biscuits perfect for breakfast or a mid-morning snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil (or butter), eggs, and milk.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and combine until a soft dough forms.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
  7. Allow to cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

For a sweeter biscuit, consider adding honey or maple syrup. You can also customize with different spices or protein powder flavors.
