Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil (or butter), eggs, and milk.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and combine until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
- Allow to cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
For a sweeter biscuit, consider adding honey or maple syrup. You can also customize with different spices or protein powder flavors.
