Description

These delightful Breakfast Bars and Balls are packed with oats, nut butter, and optional add-ins, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, nut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until mixed well.
  2. Add in chocolate chips (or dried fruit) and protein powder if using, and mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish evenly. Ensure it’s compact for the best results.
