Description

A creamy blend of oats and blueberries, soaked overnight for a nutritious breakfast option.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until everything is nicely combined.
  2. Gently fold in the blueberries, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture without crushing them.
  3. Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  4. In the morning, give the mixture a good stir and add more milk if desired for consistency.
  5. Enjoy your oats cold or warm, and top with additional blueberries, nuts, or seeds if you choose.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
