Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to over-mix.
- Gently fold in the blueberries to the batter, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter, leaving room for the muffins to rise.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
