Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then fold in blueberries gently.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet, spacing apart.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
