- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add the egg, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice, mixing until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Drop tablespoon amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges turn golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Dust cooled cookies with powdered sugar before serving.
