Description

Biscoff Truffles are a delightful no-bake treat combining the rich flavors of Biscoff cookies with smooth chocolate. Perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Biscoff spread and crushed Biscoff cookies until well mixed.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes until firm.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Place the coated truffles back onto the parchment paper and let the chocolate set.
  7. Once the chocolate has hardened, enjoy your Biscoff truffles!
