Description

Indulge in these delightful Biscoff Cheesecake Cups that combine creamy cheesecake with the unique flavor of Biscoff cookies.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Biscoff cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Biscoff cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Biscoff cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form a crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Layer the cheesecake mixture over the cookie crust in the cups.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes to set.
  6. Before serving, top with additional Biscoff cookie crumbles and a whole cookie for an extra touch!
