Delightful cinnamon rolls swirled with rich Biscoff cookie butter, perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk, warmed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the warmed milk, melted butter, and egg. Whisk until mixed.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a cohesive dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a greased bowl covered with a towel for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the Biscoff cookie butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, then roll into a log and cut into 12 rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle with icing made from powdered sugar and milk.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. Unbaked rolls can be frozen for 2 months.
