Delightful cinnamon rolls filled with Biscoff cookie butter, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine warm milk, granulated sugar, and active dry yeast; let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Mix flour and salt in a separate bowl, then add yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg; stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic, then let rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick and spread Biscoff cookie butter evenly over it.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, sprinkle over the Biscoff spread.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into 8 equal pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for icing, and drizzle over rolls before serving.
Notes
Best served fresh out of the oven, can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 days.
