- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups crunchy chow mein noodles
- Mini chocolate eggs or candy eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and chow mein noodles until evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a lined baking sheet, creating an indent in the center of each for the ‘nest’ shape.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Press mini chocolate eggs into the center of each cookie once cool.
