- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add sliced beef and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned, stirring frequently to ensure even cooking.
- Add broccoli florets and beef broth to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the broccoli is tender and the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
