Description

A creamy, protein-packed ice cream that combines chocolate and peanut butter for a delicious and nutritious treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the bananas, peanut butter, protein powder, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. If desired, stir in the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. Process the frozen mixture in the Ninja Creami until it reaches a creamy, soft-serve texture. Serve immediately.
