Description

A beautifully cooked salmon fillet topped with a delectable herb crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush each salmon fillet generously with olive oil and Dijon mustard.
  3. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Press the breadcrumb mixture firmly onto the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Place the crusted fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Serve the salmon hot with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
