- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush each salmon fillet generously with olive oil and Dijon mustard.
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture firmly onto the top of each salmon fillet.
- Place the crusted fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Serve the salmon hot with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
For best results, use fresh herbs, and avoid overcooking the salmon.
