Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (or honey)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (12 oz) bottle beef broth
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar (or honey), baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Slowly stir in the beef broth to the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour half of the melted butter into the greased loaf pan, followed by your bread batter, and drizzle the remaining melted butter on top. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool slightly before slicing.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze wrapped tightly in plastic wrap.
