Description

The ultimate creamy dip made with spinach and artichokes, perfect for gatherings and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, and both cheeses.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or sliced vegetables.

Notes

Thoroughly drain the spinach to avoid a watery dip. Using freshly grated cheese improves texture and flavor.
