Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 200g beef (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  3. Push beef to one side and scramble the two eggs on the other side.
  4. Mix the scrambled eggs with the beef once cooked.
  5. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and mixed vegetables, stirring well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

For best results, use day-old rice to prevent mushiness. Leftover rice can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
