- 2 cups cooked rice
- 200g beef (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 eggs
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced beef, stir-frying until the beef is cooked through.
- Push beef to one side and scramble the two eggs on the other side.
- Mix the scrambled eggs with the beef once cooked.
- Add cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and mixed vegetables, stirring well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in chopped green onions just before serving.
Notes
For best results, use day-old rice to prevent mushiness. Leftover rice can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
