- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar until combined.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Divide the batter among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
