Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup crushed pecans
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
