- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound ground beef or sausage
- 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat. Stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked spaghetti with cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Add the meat sauce to the spaghetti mixture and combine well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Freezes well for up to 2-3 months. Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
