Description

A creamy and spicy avocado sauce that adds vibrant flavor to any dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 23 habanero peppers (adjust for desired heat)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Remove the stems from the habanero peppers and add them to the blender.
  3. Add the lime juice, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, and salt to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Notes
