Description

These Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are a deliciously addictive alternative to traditional buffalo wings, perfect for parties and game days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Place the battered cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and toss it in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Return the coated cauliflower to the air fryer for an additional 5-7 minutes or until crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce such as ranch or blue cheese.

Notes

For gluten-free, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free blend. Experiment with spices for an extra kick.
