Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until you have a smooth batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the battered cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and toss it in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Return the coated cauliflower to the air fryer for an additional 5-7 minutes or until crispy.
