Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cubed
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful marinade.
- Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, increase cornstarch or simmer the marinade after cooking. You can substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
