Description

Deliciously crispy chicken tenders made in the air fryer, offering a healthier alternative to traditional frying.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In the first bowl, combine flour with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In the second bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
  4. Fill the third bowl with breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally roll it in the breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket without overcrowding them. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and fully cooked.

Notes

Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or honey mustard. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
