- 1 pound chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In the first bowl, combine flour with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In the second bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
- Fill the third bowl with breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally roll it in the breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket without overcrowding them. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and fully cooked.
Notes
Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or honey mustard. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
